FROM FRUIT TO FLAVOR
Space Treats started in a garage with a borrowed freeze-dryer, a bowl of strawberries, and a hunch that snacks could taste a whole lot louder. The first batch came out impossibly crunchy and concentrated. We knew we were onto something cosmic.
THE PROCESS
- Flash freeze — we drop fresh fruit and candy to −40°F to lock in the molecules.
- Vacuum vaporize — water sublimates straight from ice to vapor, leaving structure intact.
- Seal in orbit — bagged airtight so they crunch when they reach you, no matter where on Earth you are.
No artificial moon dust. No weird preservatives. Just real fruit and real candy, transformed into snacks so light they feel like they fell from a comet — and so flavorful they're almost embarrassing.
